Terms and Conditions 

• All special orders can NOT be cancelled less than 7 days notice prior to your event, 14 days for orders of 100 pops or more due to the time it takes to order supplies and create your pops.  If you are past this date there will be NO refunds given.  If you need to change your date for some unforseen reason please let us know and we will work with you to the best of our abilities.

• All special orders must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event, 14 days for orders of 100 pops or more.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.  Since this is food item we can NOT accept returns so please be sure you know what you are ordering. (Flavor, color, design etc) 

• Please treat the cake pops as fragile works of art.  Keep them out of the heat and direct sunlight.  We are not responsible for the cake pops once they leave our shop or once we deliver them  to your desired location.

• While we make every effort to provide the exact flavors, colors, shapes and decorations you requested, the creation of a cake pop is an art and may be subjest to slight variations as each one is hand made individually.
